After doing all of the small paintings for our wedding I was a little sad to see them all go (but happy all of my dear friends have them.) So, to warm up the artist muscles, ha, ha! I thought I would return to something familiar. Also, its been such a long time since I painted from observation for fun. The past year was mostly devoted to journal making. <br /><br />My summer as a full time artist is off to a slow start, I find it hard to stay in the studio when there are so many things I am tempted to or think I have to do. I am working on getting into a routine and then hopefully focusing will come a little more easily.
